Budget Blinds

I originally contracted Budget Blinds back around 2005 or so to have power blinds installed in my home and the owner back then was incredibly professional and installed battery powered blinds which looked wonderful. Fast forward 15 years to 2020 and my blinds and the battery wands were showing signs of wear and tear so I called the number I had and found out that new owners Jane and Mike Larsen bought the Brainerd and St Cloud Sartell Franchise and was I in for an incredible surprise! Jane, (who meets with clients and helps them pick out designs and is the customer service end of the business while her husband Mike and son Jordan do the installation) was incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable and caring right from our first meeting and informed me that I had a lifetime warranty on my blinds I purchased all those years ago and she could replace all of them for me! WOW! I was blown away by her compassionate and caring service as well as her honesty and integrity! They replaced the blinds with the newest model and they were beautiful. 3 years later, it is 2023 and I learned from Jane that now they have fantastic rechargeable battery wands for their power blinds and so I ordered and paid for an entirely new set of the latest power blinds which far surpass the old alkaline battery models! I am beyond pleased! Jane showed me all of my color and design options and she was as engaging and fun as she was when I first ordered from her! It did not take long for her husband Mike and son Jordan to measure my windows for the new blinds and the new ones arrived only a few weeks later! I was SO excited on installation day! Mike and Jordan did an AMAZING job putting the blinds in and programming the remote controls which they mounted on the wall for me! The blinds are so beautiful and truly block out sunlight and are so convenient to adjust up and down with the remote control wands! I'm such a very happy and grateful customer! Jane, Mike, and Jordan all do QUALITY work and they are truly fantastic people of honesty, integrity and human kindness!
